I sold my home in February, and the new owner was gracious enough, to allow me to be present during the home inspection. I observed the inspector, and thought that he was thorough, and had decided that when I bought my next home, that he would be the guy to call.

When I FINALLY did find another home, a trusted friend of mine, referred Mr. Durden to me, and informed me of how thorough he was, and HE LOOKED AT EVERYTHING!!!!...and had just prevented them from making a HUGE MISTAKE!!! Well, I took her advice. He met me in Milledgeville, on a Saturday morning, and was there actually, AHEAD OF TIME!:))) He was a very nice, but yet professional man. HE LOOKED AT EVERYTHING IN AND AROUND THAT HOUSE!!!! He told me ahead of time, that he would be taking a lot of pictures....well, HE WASN'T LYING!!!! The pictures were an asset, because it truly is amazing the details you may forget once you leave the property! My report was available by that Monday morning when I turned on my computer, and he met me to give me the report later that morning. His price was actually, no more than the other guy. (He gave me a verbal account of his findings prior to us leaving the property, the day of the inspection.)

I'm happy to say that I close on my home next week, and start moving in next weekend!:) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN DURDEN IF YOU WANT TO SPEND YOUR MONEY WISELY!!!:))
